These are the terms for using this website, for the free process review, and for the point at which we agree to build something. Like the privacy page, this is written in plain English on purpose.
The most important thing on this page. Nothing on this website commits either of us to anything. Nothing is built, and nothing is payable, until we have sent you a written plan with a price and you have agreed to it. Until then you can walk away owing nothing, and so can we.

We are a software team. We are not a law firm, not an auditor, and not a grant consultancy, and nothing we say is legal, financial or regulatory advice.
What this site does today
It describes what we do, lets you book a free process review, lets you write to us, and lets you ask for a one-pager to show your board. No payment is taken on this site. There is no card form and we hold no card details.
The booking panel is a Microsoft Bookings page embedded in ours, and the calendar behind it is AdminLess's own: one booking business shared by three of our sites. Picking a slot books time with us; it does not buy anything and it does not commit you to a project. The terms for the call itself, and what the calendar collects, are the company ones at www.adminless.ai/terms.html and www.adminless.ai/privacy.html, the same pair the booking page points at. Our privacy policy covers what this site's own forms collect.
What we do
We plan, build, switch on and look after software for social service agencies, one process at a time. The steps are the five on the home page: a free 45-minute review, then a written plan with a fixed price, then building in-house with something to look at every week, then switching it on and training your staff, then looking after it.
Every project is quoted for that project. We agree what we will build before any pilot begins, and anything extra is quoted before it is done, never added to a bill afterwards.
What we do not do
- We do not start building before the written plan and the price are agreed.
- We do not add work you did not approve, and we do not send a surprise bill.
- We do not promise that a grant application will be approved. We can write the quote and the written plan an application needs; the funder decides, not us, and the eligibility rules are theirs.
- We do not give legal, financial, accounting or regulatory advice, and we do not certify anyone's compliance.
- We do not name you as a client, or publish anything about your work, without your permission.
- We do not guarantee a particular saving, outcome or time figure from software. Anyone who does is guessing.
What it costs
The prices on the home page are the charity and agency prices; other organisations are quoted separately. They are:
- a two-month pilot at S$2,000, fixed, with the building included, and if you carry on, we take it off your first three months;
- then looking after it: S$1,000 a month in Microsoft's cloud in Singapore, or S$550 a month on our own server in Singapore.
Those are the only figures we publish, and nothing is added later. Anything outside the agreed plan is quoted first. The price that binds us is the one in the written plan you agreed, not the one on the page when you read it: we may change the page.
On the NCSS funding route: the home page says that up to 80% of software built for one agency can be co-funded under the Transformation Sustainability Scheme, up to S$150,000, and names the eligibility conditions and the date we last checked them. That is our reading of a published scheme, not a promise. Check it with NCSS, and treat approval as theirs to give.
The free process review
The 45 minutes are free and there is no obligation on either side afterwards. What you leave with is a plan and a price, or a straight no. It is a discussion about a process, not an assessment of your organisation, and it is not a deliverable we warrant.
What we need from you
A plan is only as good as the facts behind it, so you agree that what you tell us about your processes, your systems and your numbers is true and complete as far as you know, and that you will tell us if something material changes. If the facts are wrong, the plan and the price will be wrong, and that is not something we can be responsible for.
Please keep client and service-user personal data out of this website. If we go on to work together, how that data is handled is agreed first.
When we will say no
We will turn work down, and say why, if we do not think software is the answer, if the process is not ready to be turned into something that runs itself, or if we are not the right team for it. Telling you that is free.
If we do work together
The written plan and the agreement that goes with it are what govern that work: what is being built, what it costs, what happens to your data, who owns what, and how either of us ends it. Those terms are agreed with you before anything starts, and where they differ from this page, they win.
Limits on our liability
We take responsibility for doing our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for a decision you take on the strength of a free review, for a grant application that is not approved, for the accuracy of figures you gave us, or for loss you suffer because your own systems or suppliers did something we do not control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work complained of.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Singapore law that cannot be limited.
This website
We try to keep the page accurate, but it is a description of a service, not an offer capable of acceptance, and we may change it. The client work shown on it is described without figures, and we remove any client's name on request.
Where to complain
Email hello@adminless.ai. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it; If your complaint is about personal data and you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with it, you may take it to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. The terms that apply to a project are the ones in force when we confirmed them with you.
